PasarKart

How PasarKart works

Fresh groceries, daily essentials and restaurant meals from verified local stores — ordered in minutes, delivered to your door. Here's the whole story.

1

Order in four steps

No account needed to browse — only to order.

1

Pick your store

Every store on PasarKart is verified — halal certificates, business registrations and menus are checked before they go live.

2

Fill your basket

Mixed baskets are fine: groceries from one store, lunch from another. Each store is checked out separately so food arrives fresh.

3

Checkout in your currency

Prices display in your local currency with tax and delivery fees shown upfront — no surprises at the door.

4

Track it live

Watch your courier approach on the map and hand over with a one-time code — your order can't be delivered to anyone else.

2

Delivery that never strands you

Our own couriers, plus the biggest courier networks.

Your order goes out with the fastest available courier — our in-house fleet first, then trusted partners like DoorDash, Uber Direct, Roadie, Lalamove or Delyva depending on your city. If one network can't take the delivery, the next one is tried automatically, so an order is never stuck waiting.

3

Payments you can trust

Pay how you want, where you are.

Local payment methods

GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, FPX online banking, cash on delivery or card — the methods available depend on your country, and they're all handled securely at checkout.

Verified stores only

Halal-certified stores carry their certification body (JAKIM, MUIS, IFANCA) on their profile. Every merchant is screened before going live.

For store owners

PasarKart is multi-tenant — your store, our infrastructure.

Merchants get a full console: live order queue, kitchen display, inventory with low-stock alerts, discounts, staff accounts and earnings payouts. The platform handles delivery, payments and support — you focus on the food.

Frequently asked

Is there a minimum order?+

Each store sets its own minimum basket (shown on the store page). It's usually small — RM 15 / $10 style amounts.

How fast is delivery?+

Most orders arrive within 10–30 minutes depending on distance and kitchen prep time. The store page shows the store's typical window.

Can I order from multiple stores at once?+

Yes — your basket hub keeps each store separate, and each store checks out (and arrives) on its own so hot food stays hot.

What if something's wrong with my order?+

Open Live Support Chat from the footer or your order page. Refunds and replacements are handled quickly — the OTP system means every handover is verified.

Do prices include tax?+

Tax rules follow your country (e.g. SST in Malaysia, sales tax in Georgia USA) and are always shown as a separate line at checkout.
